Larry and Carolyn Peterson Memorial Agricultural Scholarship
In honor of Larry and Carolyn Peterson’s desire to help youth develop a passion for agriculture, their family decided to use memorial funds to established an educational scholarship in their memory at the time of his death in 2015. The family will award $2,000 in scholarship money to a selected recipient. Half of the funds will be awarded in the fall semester with the other half awarded for the spring semester.

- Graduate of a Dawson County High School
- Be enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the College of Agricultural Science & Natural Resources
- Must have successfully completed at least 60 college credit hours by the fall semester that the scholarship will be awarded, but not limited to those earned at UNL
